A true southerner, Erica was born in Alabama. Her father was in the military and transferred to the Fort Gordon base in Augusta, GA in 1980. In 1982 her family purchased a home in South Carolina. She was raised in the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area). Erica has been in Real Estate for 6 years serving buyers and sellers. Erica earned the Leading Edge Award and the Gold Achievement She has the experience it takes to work with her clients from buying a home already built or a new construction home to listing a home to get ready for life's next adventure. Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, and their two children, Kaitlyn and Connor.
