I have gone from tourism to real estate. However, it has not been that much of a leap when you think about it. I have lived in southeastern North Carolina for more than 32 years and promoted it for more than 23 years. Because of my passion and knowledge about the area, I will be able to find the perfect property for my client’s needs and desires. Now that I am a real estate broker, I am ready to apply my experience in marketing, sales and customer service to helping people buy and sell homes, land and businesses. Also, my persistence and negotiating skills will deliver a deal that will be advantageous for my client. I am so proud to be continuing to promote Pender County and the Wilmington area.
