Pete Mace maintains the absolute belief that his clients' needs and his relationship with his clients are absolutely paramount! Real estate isn’t just about the business transaction. Pete became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1994. In the 23 years since, he has also developed several successful residential communities. His great interest in land development and knack for finding the perfect parcel for his clients has earned Pete the moniker “The Land Man”.
Away from Real Estate activities, Pete enjoys spending time with his wife Joanne, and two children, Justin, a twenty four year old entrepreneur and Sterling, a sixteen year old at Pinecrest High School. Pete can be spotted on the golf course with one or both of his sons and is an active member of the NC Racquetball Association.
