Me and Aiken Fine Homes and Land!
I have 28 years experience putting my clients and customers into the homes of their dreams. I was a teacher early in my career, but with our third move and purchase of our second home, the real estate business was in my blood. I love the search to find a home that works, I love investing in real estate and I love to envision what a home, or property can be to maximize its value. Over the years I have become quite proficient with selling both homes and farms and have had the need to work with agencies to rezone properties, again to maximize value. I also offer property management services and enjoy working with both tenants and owners to make the process as smooth as possible. In 2014 I opened my own office, Aiken Fine Homes and Land. I have had a broker's license for 26 years and had owned my own office before moving to Aiken. Thought I was too old to start over when we moved to Aiken, but after working for others a couple of years, I realized you are never too old to do things the way they should be done! I am a stickler for details with the goal being everyone happy at closing. All issues need to be settled before we sit down to sign papers because the deal only works if it works for everyone. I look forward to meeting and working with all future clients and hope that my goals for happy endings are your goals too!
